Freego Bikes

We are a Freego dealer with terms agreed and the paperwork in progress. Every bike on these pages ships from Freego's own US warehouse in Chino, California, and every warranty claim is opened and tracked by us rather than handed to an overseas support form.

Some are and most are not, and the difference matters. The X1 SE, the Shotgun Lite F0 and the Shotgun Prime F2 Pro are built as Class 2 e-bikes - pedals, a 20 mph throttle cap, no license or registration. Everything in the Nova and X ranges above the X1 SE is an off-road machine with no class rating and a top speed between 37 and 62 mph. Each product page says which it is in plain language; do not assume from the shape of the bike.

Freego dispatches in-stock bikes from Chino within 1 to 3 business days and quotes 3 to 8 business days in transit to the lower 48. Shipping is free. Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other islands are not served - talk to us first and we can ship to a continental address you nominate.

Freego publishes a tiered warranty: 24 months on frame, stem and handlebars; 1 year on motor, battery, controller and core electronics; 3 months on switches, wiring, lights, throttle, sensors, display and charger; 30 days on wear parts. The battery is covered against capacity loss beyond 20 percent under normal use. Freego sends genuine replacement parts free within cover - labor is never included. Start with the legal question. If it has to be road legal, you are choosing between the X1 SE, the F0 and the F2 Pro, or the City Flow A1 if you want an actual bicycle. If it is off-road, sort by rider height first: the X0 fits from 4'7", the Natkie N1 and the F0 from 4'11", the X2 Pro and Nova 4 from 5'4", and the X3 from 5'7". Then pick on battery, because that is what decides how long a ride lasts.
