Sort by how you actually ride
Everything here is a legal e-bike. The real choice is not watts — it is whether you need to fold it, carry things on it, or keep up with traffic.

Class is a legal category, not a quality rating. It decides where you are allowed to ride.
Class 1
Assist only, no throttle, cuts out at 20 mph. The most widely permitted class — bike paths and multi-use trails that ban everything else usually allow Class 1.
Class 2
Adds a throttle you can use without pedaling, still capped at 20 mph. Titan and Mars 3.0 are Class 2. Legal almost everywhere a Class 1 is, with a handful of trail exceptions.
Class 3
Assist to 28 mph, throttle still limited to 20. Ranger 3.0 Pro, Hybrid, Saturn and Venus are Class 3, and all four can be app-limited down to Class 2 where the local rules need it.
Unstated class
Seven of these thirteen bikes carry no class claim from us, because Heybike does not publish one for them. We would rather leave it blank than guess at a legal category on your behalf.
