Which one is the smallest?
The M16, on a 16 x 4.0 inch wheel, for riders 3'11" and up. It is the only Macfox built around a smaller rider — the rest are adult frames.
What is the difference between the X1S and the Bs.zay?
Finish only. The Bs.zay is an X1S in a limited pearl-white colorway with a shield headlight and a gold chain. Same 500W/750W peak platform, same battery, and every X1S part fits it.
How does this ship?
Free US shipping over $99. Everything leaves in 1 to 4 business days. Parts go by ground; complete bikes go boxed and insured by freight.
What is the return policy on a bike?
14 days to start a return. Complete bikes carry a 25% restocking fee on a change of mind and return freight at the carrier's actual charge, because that is what the manufacturer charges us. If we shipped the wrong thing or our fitment data was wrong, you pay nothing.
