Tire pressure by rider weight, and why the sidewall number is wrong for you

Match the size to your bike
Commuter tire sizes vary by model and the fender is usually the limiting factor. Filter to your bike before ordering.
Find parts for my bikeWhat matters on a bike you rely on
Off-road tires are chosen for grip. Commuter tires are chosen for not being late.
Puncture protection
A puncture-protected tire is heavier and slower and it is still the right choice for a daily commuter. A flat on the way to work costs more than the tire did.
Pressure
Commuter fat tires are often run far too soft. Under-inflation on a heavy e-bike causes pinch flats and eats range through rolling resistance. Check the sidewall figure and use a gauge, not a thumb.
Size
Diameter then width. The width has to clear the fork, the swingarm and the fender. Going up a size is not automatically possible even when the rim allows it.
Spare tube
A tube, two levers and a mini pump fit in a saddlebag and turn a ride-ending flat into a fifteen-minute stop. The cheapest upgrade on this page.

About Tires & Tubes
What is here. Eight tire and tube parts for daily riding. Commuter side: the Heybike Tyson outer tire, the Heybike inner tube and the Heybike tire liner that sits between tire and tube for puncture resistance. The rest are inner tubes for e-dirt bikes: the Surron Light Bee, the Surron Light Bee S, X and Ultra Bee, the Talaria XXX and the Super73.
How riders choose. Tubes are the most common purchase here, usually bought in pairs so there is a spare on the shelf after the first flat. A tire liner is the add-on for riders who keep picking up thorns or glass on the same route. The Tyson outer tire is a straight replacement for a worn stock tire on the Heybike Tyson. If the job is a full tire-and-wheel change rather than a flat, the Wheels and Tires collection carries the tire sets and complete wheels.
Fitment. Tube and tire size is tied to the wheel on your bike, so every part is tagged to the models it was checked against and the fitment badge on the product card shows that match before you open the listing. Confirm the bike name on the badge rather than going by wheel diameter alone.
