Why is the Villain in here with the commuters?
Because it is a Heybike, and that is the only thing it shares with them. The Villain is a 4,160W, 45 mph off-road e-dirt bike — not street legal, and it does not share a parts list with the commuter range.
What class are these?
Heybike states a class for six models. Titan and Mars 3.0 are Class 2; Ranger 3.0 Pro, Hybrid, Saturn and Venus are Class 3 and can be app-limited down to Class 2. For the other seven we publish no class, because Heybike does not.
Which one folds?
Mars 2.0, Mars 2.5, Mars 3.0, Ranger S 2.0, Ranger 3.0 Pro and Horizon. Fold only if you need to — a hinge costs you weight and stiffness everywhere else.
How does this ship?
Free US shipping over $99. Everything leaves in 1 to 4 business days. Parts go by ground; complete bikes go boxed and insured by freight.
What is the return policy on a bike?
14 days to start a return. Complete bikes carry a 25% restocking fee on a change of mind and return freight at the carrier's actual charge, because that is what the manufacturer charges us. If we shipped the wrong thing or our fitment data was wrong, you pay nothing.
