Macfox X2 Pro questions, answered

Is the X2 the same as the X2 Pro?
No, and we stock only the Pro. The plain X2 is discontinued: 20 x 4.0 tires, aluminum frame, 220 lb limit. The X2 Pro is carbon steel, 20 x 4.5 front and 5.0 rear, 330 lb. A part listed only for the X2 goes into our fitment table as untested, with the reason.
What does the full suspension get me?
Comfort and control on rough surfaces, at the cost of weight and service parts. It is the rough-surface pick of the Macfox range and the only one Macfox publishes a torque figure for — 65 N·m.
Is it street legal?
Yes, as a Class 2 e-bike — 1,000W peak but throttle-capped at 20 mph.
What does the fitment code mean?
X2PRO is this bike's platform code. Every part carrying it has been stated as fitting this frame, and the cart records which bike your order is for.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back. 14 days to start a return on any part, no restocking fee, uninstalled and in its original packaging with the hardware bag unopened. If our fitment data was wrong, we cover the return shipping too — that one is on us, not you.

About Macfox X2 Pro

Read the fitment before you order. Macfox's parts copy distinguishes the X2 from the X2 Pro, and so do we. The X2 runs 20 x 4.0 inch tires on an aluminum frame rated to 220 lb; the X2 Pro runs 20 x 4.5 front and 20 x 5.0 rear on high-strength carbon steel rated to 330 lb, with a different seat tube. A part listed only for the X2 is not assumed here to fit the Pro - it shows in the table with the reason, and we will confirm it with the factory if you ask.

The rear shock is the part unique to this platform, and it too has separate X2 and X2 Pro numbers. The 48V 20Ah pack is the largest Macfox builds and doubles as a range upgrade on the smaller bikes.
