Match the pack to the bike
Commuter packs are frame-specific: the mount, the connector and the BMS all have to agree. Filter to your model before ordering.
Find parts for my bikeWhat a second pack actually buys
On a commuter, range anxiety is usually a charging-habit problem rather than a capacity problem. Both are fixable, and one is free.
A second pack
On the bikes designed for it — Heybike Titan and Saturn, Macfox X1S, X7 and X2 Pro — a second pack roughly doubles range and adds real weight to the frame. Most riders find they never needed it.
The free fix
A charger at work costs less than a battery and solves the same problem for a commuter. Two short charges beat one deep discharge for pack life as well.
Replacement packs
A replacement pack must match or exceed the stock capacity and use the same connector and BMS. Mixing an old pack with a new one in a dual setup is not recommended: they age at different rates.
A certification footnote
Macfox's UL 2271 battery certification covers the single-pack configuration only. A dual-battery setup sits outside that scope — Macfox says so and so do we.

About Batteries & Chargers
What is here. Nine Heybike battery and charging parts. Spare packs for the Heybike Hauler, Ranger S, Cityrun and Brawn, the Heybike battery charger, and the small hardware around the pack: a battery lock with keys, a battery top cover with lock and key, a battery protector and a battery power discharge plug.
How riders choose. A spare pack is a range decision. A second battery swapped mid-ride lets a commuter go farther between wall outlets, and each spare pack here is listed for one Heybike model, so pick the one that names your bike. The charger is the replacement for a lost or failed stock charger. The lock, top cover, protector and discharge plug are the pieces that wear, break or go missing on a pack that is pulled off the bike every day.
Fitment. Packs and their hardware are tagged to the Heybike models they were checked against, and the fitment badge on the product card shows that before you open the listing. Packs are model-specific, so match the model name on the badge exactly rather than going by capacity.
