What is here. Fourteen jerseys from MSR and FXR Racing, $25 to $90. The range covers the two things riders actually pick between: a light, heavily vented shell for hot-weather trail and track days, and a heavier weave that survives contact with brush and dirt. Adult and youth sizes both appear.
How riders choose. A jersey is not armor — it is the layer that moves sweat and takes the abrasion your elbow guards do not cover. Fit should be loose enough to wear a roost deflector or chest protector underneath without pulling at the shoulders, which is why most riders size a jersey up rather than down.
