Price Match

Find the same machine cheaper at another authorized US dealer and we will match it, or tell you plainly why we cannot. No forms, no runaround, and no pretending a rule does not exist.

What we match

  • Authorized US dealers only. The seller has to be authorized by the brand. That is what stands behind your warranty, and it is the difference between a real price and a grey-import gamble.
  • The identical item — same model, same year, same configuration, new and in the original packaging.
  • In stock and shippable at that price, right now, to your address. A backordered or sold-out listing is not a price.
  • Delivered basis. We compare the total you would actually pay: item plus shipping plus any handling or freight surcharge. Most of what looks cheaper stops looking cheaper here.
  • Before you buy, or within 14 days after. If you already ordered from us and find it lower inside two weeks, we refund the difference.

What we cannot match

  • Prices below the brand's MAP. This is the honest one. Most brands we carry set a minimum advertised price, and it binds every authorized dealer including us. If a listing is under MAP, either the seller is not authorized or they are about to lose the line — and we cannot follow them there without losing it too. We will tell you which of the two we think it is.
  • Marketplace and third-party seller listings, auctions, and anything shipped from outside the US.
  • Clearance, open-box, refurbished, damaged-packaging, floor-model and liquidation pricing.
  • Member-only, employee, trade or logged-in pricing, and prices that only appear after a coupon stack or a cart-level promotion.
  • Typos and obvious pricing errors, and our own past prices — a sale that ended is not a price match.
  • Bundles, where the discount lives in something other than the item you are asking us to match.

How to ask

Email hello@motorhabit.com with a link to the listing and the model you want. Include your order number if you have already bought. A person who rides reads it, and you will hear back within one business day with a yes, a better offer, or a straight explanation.

Why we bother saying the quiet part

Plenty of stores advertise a price-match promise and then decline every claim on a technicality. The MAP rule above is the technicality — it is real, it is the reason a competitor's number is sometimes untouchable, and you deserve to know it before you spend an evening hunting. Everything else on this page we will honor.

One match per item per customer. We reserve the right to decline a claim we believe is not made in good faith, and to stop matching a specific seller who is not authorized.
