These terms are an agreement between you and NEXT MICRO, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as MotorHabit, covering your use of motorhabit.com and your purchases from the store. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Electric dirt bikes and other powered products are sold to adults only. If a product will be ridden by someone under 18, the buyer is responsible for supervision, sizing, and following the manufacturer's age and safety guidance.

Off-road use and local laws

Many products we sell are built for closed-course and off-road use. They are not street legal unless the product page says so. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you ride, including registration, equipment, and land access rules. Buying a product from us is not a statement that it is legal to use in your area.

Safety and assumption of risk

Riding is dangerous. Wear a real helmet and protective gear every ride. Install parts correctly, use the torque specs provided, and check your hardware before riding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume the risks of riding and of installing and using the products you buy.

Product information and fitment

Verified fitment means we have mapped a product to the bike platforms listed on its page. Specifications come from manufacturers and our own verification, and we correct errors when we find them. Correct installation is your responsibility. If a part with verified fitment for your bike does not fit, our return policy covers it at no cost to you.

Modifications and compliance

Performance parts can change how a vehicle behaves and may change its legal classification, void a manufacturer warranty, or affect insurance coverage. Checking those consequences before installing is your responsibility.

Orders, pricing, and errors

Prices are in US dollars. We work to keep listings accurate, but if an order is placed at an incorrect price or with a listing error, we may cancel it and refund you in full. We may refuse or limit any order.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy are part of these terms. Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of checkout; after that, changes are handled as returns.

Warranties

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Except as stated in our return policy, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or to the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Intellectual property

The content on motorhabit.com belongs to MotorHabit. Brand and product names belong to their owners, and carrying a brand does not imply that brand's endorsement of this store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page, with its updated date, is the one in effect.
