What does a neck brace actually do?
It gives the helmet a surface to load against in a crash, so force spreads across the shoulders and chest instead of concentrating in the spine. It does not immobilize your neck or restrict normal riding movement.
How do I know it fits?
Fit it with the helmet you actually ride in. Put both on together and check that the helmet rim contacts the brace before your neck reaches the end of its travel. A brace fitted without the helmet tells you nothing.
Do you carry youth neck braces?
Yes. The EVS R2 is offered in a youth size alongside the adult R2, R3 and R4. Sizes are listed in the variant selector on each product page.
