Shipping policy
The short version. Bikes ship free. Parts orders over $99 ship free. Orders ship in 1 to 4 business days. No expedited options.
Rates
- Bikes: free shipping, always
- Parts and accessories: free shipping on orders over $99
- Parts orders under $99: rate based on weight, from $7.95 to $49.95, shown at checkout
Bikes do not count toward the $99 parts threshold. A bike plus $60 in parts ships as a free bike plus the weight-based parts rate.
Processing and transit
Orders ship within 1 to 4 business days. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Handling time is the same either way.
We don't offer expedited shipping.
Bikes
A signature is required at delivery. Bikes can't ship to PO boxes.
Where we ship
We ship to the lower 48 US states. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Batteries
Batteries ship ground only under federal shipping rules, which can add transit time. Batteries are final sale and can't be returned.
Wrong address or refused delivery
If a package comes back to us because of an address error or a refused delivery, we treat it as a standard return. The restocking fee and return shipping apply.
