Federal law treats this as a bicycle, so it belongs on the road and on most bike infrastructure.
Where local rules are tighter, the app limits the bike to Class 1 or 2.
Full suspension, folding, and Class 2 out of the box
A 624 Wh pack, 95 N·m from the rear hub, and Horst-link rear suspension on a folding frame. It ships Class 2 at 20 mph and unlocks higher from the display.
The Mars 3.0 is Heybike's current folding fat-tire e-bike, built with full suspension, the feature that separates it from the older Mars 2.0 and is worth the difference on broken pavement rather than smooth roads.
The motor is rated 750 W with a 1,400 W peak and 95 N·m of torque, running through 20 x 4 in fat tires mounted on the folding frame. It ships in Vivid Orange, Stormy Blue or Nightrider Black, all on the same drivetrain and suspension.
Fits in the boot, rides like it does not
Folds to 38.2 x 19.7 x 33.1 inches and takes a 440 lb payload. NFC start-up means no key to lose, and the turn signals are built into the light units.

Every row says whose number it is. Hills, headwind, tire pressure, rider weight and cold all move them, and throttle riding moves them most. Plan a commute around the low end of the row you recognize, not the number on the box.
What it saves against driving
Based on 0.624 kWh a charge and a 35 mile planning range, against a car at 25 mpg. Fuel only, so no insurance, parking, tires or depreciation are counted on the car's side. The real gap is wider than this.
