The kit includes a helmet, gloves and knee guards, and the contents vary by configuration, so choose Helmet + Gloves + Knee Guard or Off-road Helmet + Gloves + Knee Guard from the Safety Kit option. Fit the helmet level and snug, strap the knee guards so they stay put when you stand on the pegs, and make sure the gloves do not bunch on the grips. Replace the helmet after any impact, even one without a visible mark.
