No license, no registration, no insurance

Moto looks, Class 2 manners
A 750 W motor with 65 N·m, full suspension and 20x4in fat tires on a low-slung moto-style frame. It ships Class 2 at 20 mph, adjustable to 28 in the app where that is legal.
The Heybike Titan is a moto-styled, full-suspension fat-tire electric bike built on Heybike's commuter e-bike platform. It ships in single-battery or dual-battery configurations. The dual pack is the version worth choosing for riding that goes beyond a daily commute, since it roughly doubles the range.
The single battery is rated for about 40 miles per charge; the dual battery raises that to about 80 miles. Both versions run fat tires and full suspension, and are available in white or black.

Every row says whose number it is. Hills, headwind, tire pressure, rider weight and cold all move them, and throttle riding moves them most. Plan a commute around the low end of the row you recognize, not the number on the box.
What it saves against driving
Based on 0.72 kWh a charge and a 20 mile planning range, against a car at 25 mpg. Fuel only, so no insurance, parking, tires or depreciation are counted on the car's side. The real gap is wider than this.
