Three families, not one

Start by picking what you are allowed to ride

These are not three versions of the same thing. Two of them are legal bicycles and one is an off-road vehicle, and the difference decides where you can ride, whether you need a license, and which parts fit.

Family 1 · Class 1-3

Commuter e-bikes

$899 to $1,899 · 20 to 28 mph

City, folding, step-thru and utility frames built around a daily ride. Pedals, racks, an upright position, and no licence or registration in most states.

  • Legal CLASS 1-3 E-BIKE
  • Pedals YES
  • Frame CITY, FOLDING, UTILITY
  • Best for COMMUTE, ERRANDS

In this tier: 13 Heybike commuters

Shop commuter e-bikes
Family 2 · Class 2

Moped-style e-bikes

$1,099 to $2,199 · 20 mph

Same law, different bike: moped frames, banana seats, thumb throttles and 4 to 5 inch tires. Road-legal, and tougher than a city commuter without being an off-road machine.

  • Legal CLASS 2 E-BIKE
  • Pedals YES
  • Tires 4 TO 5 IN FAT
  • Best for STREET, LIGHT TRAIL

In this tier: 5 Macfox platforms

Shop moped-style
Family 3 · Off-road only

Electric dirt bikes

$1,079 to $5,099 · 34 to 59 mph

No pedals, no class rating, no road. Trails, tracks and private land, with output from 2.6kW to 16kW.

  • Legal OFF-ROAD VEHICLE
  • Pedals NO
  • Power 2.6 TO 16 kW
  • Best for TRAILS, TRACK

In this tier: Yozma IN 10, Anyland Rev, Heybike Villain, 79BIKE Falcons

The parts follow the bike

Every bike we sell has a platform code and a parts collection behind it. Pick the code once and the whole store filters to parts confirmed for that exact frame — sprockets, pads, levers, batteries, plastics.

Four numbers that matter

Brands lead with the biggest number they can print. Here is what each one actually tells you.

Peak W vs. rated W

Watts

Peak is a burst the motor holds for seconds. Rated is what it sustains. A "5,500W" bike is usually a 3,000W bike with a good sprint. Compare rated to rated where you can find both.

48V · 52V · 60V · 72V

Voltage

Voltage is the class system of this sport. 48 to 52V is entry, 60V is mid, 72V is full-size. Higher voltage means a higher speed ceiling and a heavier, pricier pack.

Ah x V = Wh

Amp hours

Amp hours times voltage gives watt hours, which is the real range number. A 60V 27Ah pack holds 1,620Wh. Ridden hard, budget roughly 20 to 25 Wh per mile on a mid-power bike.

N·m at the wheel

Torque

Torque is what wheelies and hill climbs are made of. Published figures mix motor and wheel torque, so compare within a brand, not across brands. Mid-drives multiply theirs through the gearing.

Bikes questions, answered

What is the difference between an e-bike and an e-dirt bike?
Pedals and the law. An e-bike is a legal bicycle — Class 1, 2 or 3, pedals, assist capped at 20 or 28 mph, no license needed. An e-dirt bike is an off-road vehicle: no pedals, no class, not street legal, and often three times the power.
Which is right for me?
If the ride starts and ends on a road, buy the e-bike. If it starts at a trailhead or a track, buy the dirt bike. The one mistake worth avoiding is buying a 45 mph off-road machine to commute on — it is not legal, and it is not built for it.
Do you sell parts for all of these?
For most. Every bike has a platform code and a parts collection behind it. The exception is 79BIKE, whose dealer policy forbids listing their spares online — we can order service parts for a bike bought here, but they are not on the site.
How does this ship?
Free US shipping over $99. Everything leaves in 1 to 4 business days. Parts go by ground; complete bikes go boxed and insured by freight.
What is the return policy on a bike?
14 days to start a return. Complete bikes carry a 25% restocking fee on a change of mind and return freight at the carrier's actual charge, because that is what the manufacturer charges us. If we shipped the wrong thing or our fitment data was wrong, you pay nothing.

About Bikes

MotorHabit is an authorized dealer for Heybike and Yozma, and every bike here ships direct from the manufacturer with its full factory warranty. Claims start with us, not a call center.

Which one. The Heybike Villain (V1) is the cheapest honest route into a real 45 mph e-dirt bike: 4,160 W peak mid-drive, a removable 52V 26Ah pack and three speed modes that let a newer rider grow into it. The Yozma IN 10 is the small-frame entry, 2,600 W peak with a selectable 28 to 40 mph top speed and a 28-inch seat that suits younger riders. The Yozma IN 10 Pro is a genuine mini moto: 5,500 W peak, 220 N·m, 60V 27Ah, 50 mph, on 17/14-inch wheels with inverted forks.

Every listing has the full spec table, speed modes, what a full charge costs, and what shows up at your door. Advertised range is measured in conditions you will never ride in; here is the math that predicts yours. Complete bikes ship free in the lower 48; freight timing is on each product page.
