About this part
The 240 mm Thick Upgraded Rotor is a brake disc measuring 240 mm across, with a thicker friction face than a standard disc. It goes on in place of the rotor already bolted to your wheel hub, so it is a wear-item replacement as much as an upgrade. It is the same rotor DevMoto builds into its brake kits.
Two versions are sold, selected from the Bike drop-down, and they are not interchangeable, so pick the one matching your machine before ordering. Check your caliper is set up for a 240 mm disc, and plan on reusing the bolts holding your current rotor unless they are stretched or rounded. Bed a new rotor in gently over the first few stops rather than grabbing a hard one straight away.
