Riding'times questions, answered

Who is Riding'times?
An e-bike and electric dirt bike brand — they describe themselves as established in 2006 in New Jersey — selling direct in the US from warehouses in Riverside and Irwindale, California and Somerset, New Jersey. The US lineup is the GT-series: the full-size dual-battery GT73 and GT73 Pro, the GT54 and GT54 Pro minis, the GT33 cargo bike, and a Snow Track Kit for the GT dirt models.
Are Riding'times bikes street legal?
None of them, out of the box — and we would rather say it here than surprise you. The GT73, GT73 Pro and GT33 have pedals and assist, but all three claim top speeds beyond the 28 mph Class 3 ceiling, so they carry no US e-bike class; the GT54s have no pedals at all. The GT73 series ships with lights and turn signals, which helps in states with a moped or OHV registration path. Check your state's rules, and email us if you want help reading them.
Who handles warranty and support?
MotorHabit does. We are the seller of record on every Riding'times bike we list, and every warranty claim, shipping question and setup call starts at support@motorhabit.com — we open the claim with Riding'times and track it for you. They warrant the bikes for two years including motor and electrical components, batteries prorated.
Do you stock Riding'times parts?
Not yet. Riding'times publish a full parts catalog for the GT-series — batteries, motors, controllers, brake assemblies, down to screw packs — and we can order any of it through our dealer account. Email support@motorhabit.com with what you need and we will quote you. Universal gear that fits any e-moto is on the site already.
What is the Snow Track Kit, and when can I get one?
A front ski and rear rubber-track conversion for the GT73, GT73 Pro, GT54 and GT54 Pro — Riding'times note the higher-output Pro models suit it best. Their own material points at availability starting in November, and we are confirming stock with them now; email support@motorhabit.com and we will tell you the moment it is orderable.

About Riding'times

Riding'times build the GT-series: two full-size dual-battery bikes with pedals — the GT73 and GT73 Pro — two mini dirt bikes in the GT54 pair, and the GT33 cargo cafe racer, plus a ski-and-track kit that turns the GT bikes into winter machines. The house obsessions are battery capacity and honest fine print: dual removable packs, UL 2849 certification on the flagships, and spec sheets that footnote their own speed claims. They stock US warehouses in California and New Jersey; MotorHabit sells the bikes, ships them free, and handles every support call and warranty claim ourselves.
