Warp 9 Titanium Nuts

Titanium M8 flange nuts, the nut half of a titanium hardware swap. The thread is M8 with a 1.25mm pitch and the base flange is built into the nut, so it spreads its load without a separate washer.

The Fuji lock resists backing off under vibration rather than relying on thread friction alone, which is what a nut on a bike that shakes actually needs. Titanium will not rust or corrode, so it will still come undone in a year. Treat a lock nut as a single-use item once the locking element has been through a few cycles, and torque to the same figure as the nut being replaced.
