Grade 5 6AL-4V titanium bolts for the baja designs headlight cover plate, in place of the steel bolts the bike leaves the factory with. It is PVD-coated against corrosion, with rolled threads for fatigue strength. Choose from 6 finishes: Burnt Blue, Blue, Black, Gold, Purple and Rainbow.

Is titanium actually better than the stock hardware?

Titanium is worth it for two things: weight and corrosion. This is Grade 5 6AL-4V, the aerospace alloy, not commercially pure titanium. What it is not is a strength upgrade at every size — a titanium bolt has a different yield than the steel one it replaces, so use the original torque spec.

What colors does it come in?

It comes in Burnt Blue, Blue, Black, Gold, Purple and Rainbow. The finish is PVD or anodized into the surface, not paint, so it does not chip off the way a coating does.
