About this part
A carbon fiber chain guard for the Surron Light Bee X. It replaces the stock guard over the chain with a lighter part and fits with no modifications. It is the right choice when you are already running carbon trim or want less weight on the swingarm.
The guard is made from carbon fiber, which the maker notes is harder than steel at about one-fifth the weight. It keeps the original OEM slotting, and the slight flex of carbon helps it sit against the swingarm without stressing the mounts. It uses the stock mounting points. Carbon can chip at the edges if over-tightened, so snug the fasteners rather than cranking them.
