About this part
An axle block chain adjuster for the Surron Light Bee X, Segway X260 and Segway X160. It sets the rear wheel position in the swingarm and so controls chain tension and wheel alignment. A correctly aligned wheel is more stable at speed and wears the chain and sprockets less.
The block is CNC machined from aluminum alloy as one integrated piece, which keeps it light, strong and resistant to oxidation. The white part on the surface is a laser-marked scale used to set chain tightness and match both sides precisely. It replaces the stock adjuster in the swingarm slot. When installing, set both sides to the same mark and re-check slack after torquing the axle.
