One of the four 36V bikes, or the 48v/60v Pro if they have ridden before. All six cap the rider at 150 to 175 lb and run seats from 20 to 27 inches. The 72V machines are adult bikes: 31.5 to 35.4 inch seats, 210 to 330 lb rider limits and 50 mph and up.

The Pro line runs a variable knob rather than fixed speed settings. It sets top speed, motor current from 10 to 35 amps and throttle response from 0.2 to 1 second, so an adult can soften how fast the power arrives as well as how much of it there is. The Pro bikes also use hydraulic forks with 110 to 120 mm of travel and discs at both ends.

MotoTec does not publish a top speed for either Venom. What it does publish is 12,000 W peak on the 50Ah and 30,000 W on the 73Ah, 1,000 to 1,200 N·m of peak wheel torque, a 72V pack peaking at 84V, and 300 A of peak battery current, on 80/100-21 front and 110/90-18 rear tires. Treat it as a full-size off-road motorcycle, because that is what the tires and the 238 lb curb weight say it is.
