A variable knob sets the pace while the UL 2489 certified 36V 7.8Ah lithium battery gives about 45 minutes of ride time per charge.
The MotoTec HP112E is a 36V 1000W electric dirt bike aimed at riders 13 and up, sized with a 24.5-inch seat height and a 150 lb rider limit. A half twist throttle drives the chain-drive motor, and a variable knob lets the top speed be set anywhere from 6 to 18 mph as skills progress.
The 36V 7.8Ah lithium battery is UL 2489 certified, runs about 45 minutes per charge, and refills in 5 to 6 hours from empty. Two hydraulic front shocks and a rear hydraulic spring shock handle bumps, with disc brakes at both wheels on 16-inch front and 10-inch rear tires. At 51 lbs the steel-framed bike is light enough to lift into a truck bed. Warranty is 30 days parts replacement.
