E-Ride Pro SS questions, answered

Will Surron parts fit an E-Ride Pro SS?
Universal items will; frame-specific parts will not, and we do not list them as though they might. Filter to ERSS for what is actually stated for your bike.
How fast do these ship?
It depends on the maker, and every product page carries its own figure rather than a store-wide promise. Manufacturer-direct parts run 8 to 13 business days in transit; GUTS Racing seats are cut to order in California, 10 to 20 business days.
What does the fitment code mean?
ERSS is this bike's platform code. Every part carrying it has been stated as fitting this frame, and the cart records which bike your order is for. Parts we have confirmed ourselves read "verified"; parts relying on the manufacturer's own model list read "per the manufacturer".
What if it does not fit?
Send it back. 14 days to start a return on any part, no restocking fee, uninstalled and in its original packaging with the hardware bag unopened. If our fitment data was wrong, we cover the return shipping too — that one is on us, not you.

About E-Ride Pro SS

The E-Ride Pro SS runs a 72V 42Ah pack behind an XT90 connector, which is the detail that catches people out when they buy chargers made for 60V Surron and Talaria bikes. Everything here has been checked against the SS specifically, per model year, and the fitment badge on each product tells you the status for your bike.

Charging. A 12A smart charger with auto voltage detect reads the pack before any current flows, so the same unit charges a 60V Light Bee in the morning and a 72V E-Ride Pro in the afternoon. It ships with the XT90 lead the SS needs.

Drivetrain. The SS puts down enough torque to make chain slap a real problem on rough ground. A sealed-bearing billet chain tensioner keeps the chain off the swingarm and does not turn into grinding paste after one wet ride.
