A bundle is not a discount with a bow on it. It is the parts that have to be replaced together, sold together.
Parts that wear as a set
Some parts wear into each other and replacing one alone destroys the new part. A chain and sprocket kit is not upselling, it is the correct repair.
Fewer transit windows
These parts come from different vendors with different lead times. A kit gets picked and shipped as one job rather than arriving across three weeks in three boxes.
Fitment checked as a set
A bundle is checked as a whole against the platform, so the pads match the rotors and the rotors match the caliper mount. Assembling that yourself is where wrong-part returns come from.

About Bundles
One box, whole job. Bundles group the parts and gear that get bought together. There are ten: the Yozma Safety Bundle Set, the Heybike Helmet and Gloves Safety Kit and the Heybike Safety Kit with helmet and protection on the gear side; the Heybike Villain Pro Upgrade Kit for the Villain; and six Heybike accessory kits for everyday riding, the Rider's Essential Kit, Heavy-Duty Cargo Kit, Urban Utility Kit, Universal Adventure Kit, Pet Commuter Kit and Deluxe Pet Cruiser Kit.
How riders pick one. Start with what the bike is for. Hauling means the cargo or utility kit. Carrying a dog means one of the two pet kits. A new rider who needs a helmet and gloves at the same time takes a safety kit. The Villain Pro Upgrade Kit is the only bike-specific bundle and is tagged to the Heybike Villain alone. Read the bundle page for what is in the box and compare it against what you already own before buying.
Fitment. Bike-specific bundles carry the same fitment tags as the parts inside them, shown as a badge on the product card. Gear bundles and universal accessory kits are not tied to one bike model; check the size options on the product page before ordering.
