About this part
The stainless steel version of Warp 9's Ultra Bee rear sprocket. It costs less than the alloy sprocket and lasts considerably longer before the teeth hook over, which is the trade most riders actually want on a bike used for trail miles rather than racing.
The penalty is weight: it is heavier than the 7075-T6 alloy sprocket, and that weight sits at the outside of the wheel where it is felt most. If the bike is ridden hard and geared once, alloy is worth it. If it is ridden a lot and the sprocket is a wear item you would rather not think about, stainless is the better call. Check the front sprocket at the same time.
