Warp 9 Titanium Axles - Front Wheel

Warp 9's titanium front axles, CNC machined from solid titanium bar stock in 6Al-4V. Three part numbers are listed, TI-AXLE-41-B, TI-AXLE-42-B and TI-AXLE-47-B, so order against the part number for your application rather than by bike name.

Each comes with a black titanium Fuji lock nut and a silver aluminum washer. The threads are rolled rather than cut, giving a stronger and smoother thread and a more accurate torque figure when it is tightened. The heads are forged rather than cut from bar stock, which is a much stronger way to make an axle head. Weight is 45 to 50 percent below the axle it replaces, and the finish is burnt blue anodized.
