About this part

Grade 5 6AL-4V titanium bolt kit, in place of the steel bolt kit the bike leaves the factory with. It is PVD-coated against corrosion, with rolled threads for fatigue strength. Choose from 7 finishes: Blue, Burnt Blue, Black, Gold, Green, Purple and Rainbow.

This one is cut for Altis Sigma, which we do not sell as a complete bike, so there is no fitment badge on it. Check the title against your own setup before ordering. Titanium is a weight and corrosion upgrade, not a reason to pull a fastener tighter: torque to the figure for the bolt you are replacing. Will this fit my bike?

It is made for Altis Sigma. We carry it because it fits parts riders here already run, but we do not list a verified fitment for it, so check the title and the photos against your own bike first. Ask us if you are unsure.

Is titanium actually better than the stock hardware?

Titanium is worth it for two things: weight and corrosion. This is Grade 5 6AL-4V, the aerospace alloy, not commercially pure titanium. What it is not is a strength upgrade at every size — a titanium bolt has a different yield than the steel one it replaces, so use the original torque spec.

What colors does it come in?

It comes in Blue, Burnt Blue, Black, Gold, Green, Purple and Rainbow. The finish is PVD or anodized into the surface, not paint, so it does not chip off the way a coating does.
