About this part

The Macfox rear hub motor is the factory hub motor, sold in the correct part number per model. The X1S, X1S x Bs.zay, X7, and X2 motors are not the same unit and are not interchangeable, so the bike needs to be selected before ordering.

The motor weighs 15 lb. A hub motor swap is a wheel-out job, and rebuilding a wheel around a new hub is a task for a shop for anyone not already comfortable doing it themselves.
