About this part
Replacement seat for the Heybike Villain (V1) in the standard finish. It takes the place of the original seat when the cover splits or the foam packs down, and it bolts to the stock seat mounts in the same position as the seat the bike shipped with. Once a seat cover splits, the foam underneath soaks up water and stays wet, so a torn cover is worth acting on early rather than riding on it through a season.
The cover is grip-textured to hold you in place when the bike moves under you. Fitment is the Heybike Villain V1, and it mounts to the stock seat mounts, so the existing bolts and brackets are reused. A black-finish version of the same seat is listed separately for riders who want it to match dark bodywork. Before fitting, clean the mount points and check that the old hardware is not rounded off.
