Because fewer are stated for it. The MX5 diverges more from the MX3 and MX4 than they do from each other, and we list what the manufacturer states rather than padding the page with likely fits.

Send it back. 14 days to start a return on any part, no restocking fee, uninstalled and in its original packaging with the hardware bag unopened. If our fitment data was wrong, we cover the return shipping too — that one is on us, not you.

About Talaria Sting MX5

What fits the MX5. Twenty parts checked against the Talaria Sting MX5. MX5-specific: brake pads, a rear brake disc, a chain guide, a sprocket and a battery cover. Drivetrain shared with other bikes: a chain, sprockets for Surron and Talaria Sting and a rear sprocket. Controls: a throttle, a brake lever and a handlebar height increase. Footpegs, a foot brake lever kit, a side stand sensor and a tail lamp round it out, along with a headlight, handlebar bag and number plate shared with Surron.

Newest Sting, fewest carry-overs. The MX5 is the newest Sting, and the one where MX3 and MX4 parts most often do not carry over. That is why this page is shorter than the MX3 and MX4 pages and why the MX5-only brake and drivetrain parts sit at the top. Check the fitment row before you buy anything that also names the older bikes.
