Is the Villain street legal?
No. At 4,160W and 45 mph it is an off-road vehicle, not a Class 1, 2 or 3 e-bike. It does not share parts with Heybike's commuter range either.
Why is it called the V1 elsewhere?
Heybike renamed it on its own site after the dealer price sheets were printed. We list both names so a search for either finds the bike.
How does this ship?
Free US shipping over $99. Everything leaves in 1 to 4 business days. Parts go by ground; complete bikes go boxed and insured by freight.
What is the return policy on a bike?
14 days to start a return. Complete bikes carry a 25% restocking fee on a change of mind and return freight at the carrier's actual charge, because that is what the manufacturer charges us. If we shipped the wrong thing or our fitment data was wrong, you pay nothing.
