About this part
A titanium rear axle for the Talaria Sting that is both stronger and lighter than the steel axle it replaces. Warp 9 gives the weights directly: 175 grams for the original against 103 grams for this one, so it is about 45 percent lighter.
The finish is burnt blue anodized and a black anodized Fuji lock nut is included. Titanium will not rust or corrode, which matters on an axle that gets washed and then left in a damp garage until the next ride. It works with the stock axle blocks and with the Warp 9 Talaria Sting Lockdown axle blocks. Recheck chain tension and wheel alignment after fitting.
