About this part
A titanium rear axle that is both stronger and lighter than the steel axle it replaces. Warp 9 gives the weights: 173 grams for the original against 101 grams for this one, so it is around 45 percent lighter.
The finish is burnt blue anodized, and a black anodized Fuji lock nut is included. Titanium will not rust or corrode, which matters on a part that gets soaked and then left in a garage. One fitment note worth reading before ordering: Warp 9 states it will not fit bikes running a rear fender kit, so check what is on the back of the bike first. Recheck chain tension after fitting.
