Two rear hub motors, 900 watts combined
A 48V 20Ah lithium pack feeds twin 450W rear hubs for 24 mph on the top mode, with front suspension and a hydraulic front disc brake.
The MotoTec Electric Trike 48V 900W Lithium drives through two 450-watt brushless hub motors in the rear wheels, 900 watts combined, with front suspension and a removable wide saddle that adds a backrest. It is a sit-or-stand three-wheeler for riders 13 and up to 240 lb, with an LCD screen and front and rear LED lights.
The 48V 20Ah lithium-ion pack covers 15-25 miles per charge, recharges in 5-10 hours, and is rated past 300 cycles. Speed modes are 9, 16, and 24 mph, climbing ability is 15 degrees, and a front hydraulic disc handles braking. Tires are 16-inch front and 12-inch rear, all pneumatic, and the trike folds to 30 inches tall at 96 lb. With 4 inches of ground clearance it clears curb cuts and door thresholds cleanly. Warranty is 60 days parts replacement.
