The MotoTec E-Bully is a kids electric four-wheeler built around a waterproof 36V 1000W motor with forward, neutral, and reverse. Specs grade it Y6+ under the CPSC ATV action plan, with a 165 lb rider limit, a 21-inch seat height, and a restricted 9 mph mode for new riders alongside the 15 mph unrestricted setting.
Three 12V 15Ah sealed lead acid batteries deliver 8 to 16 miles per charge depending on rider weight and terrain, with the charger included. Chain drive turns 14-inch wheels, disc brakes with a parking brake sit at both ends, and spring suspension rides front and rear. Key start keeps it parked between sessions, and reverse makes tight yard turnarounds simple. Warranty is 60 days parts replacement.
