A Powered Front Wheel Built for Holding Drifts
The 800W hub motor and 48V 17.5Ah lithium battery run 22 mph, with replaceable sliding plastic disks around the rear tires.
The MotoTec Drifter 48v 800w is a front-drive electric drift trike for riders 13 and up. The powered front wheel, an 800W brushless hub motor on a 48V 17.5Ah lithium battery, lets the rider hold precise drifts in a way rear-drive trikes cannot, while replaceable sliding plastic disks around the rear tires do the sliding.
Rated speed is 22 mph depending on weight, with a 10 to 20 mile range and a 4 to 8 hour recharge; the battery is rated for over 300 charges and the charger is included. A front hydraulic disc brake handles stopping, with adjustable handlebars, long foot rests, and a fold-down wide saddle. Max capacity is 240 lbs and climbing ability is 15 degrees. Warranty is 30 days parts replacement.
