The brushless 48V 1000W motor offers three selectable speeds, LED lights at both ends, and around 2 hours of run time.
The MotoTec 48V 1000W is the mid-size electric mini bike in the line, with a brushless motor, chain drive, and three selectable speeds topping out at 20 mph. A 26-inch seat height and 185 lb rider limit fit teens and smaller adults, with key start and a twist throttle.
Four 12V 12Ah sealed lead acid batteries build the 48V pack, good for up to 25 miles or around 2 hours of riding per charge, with an 8-hour recharge from empty. An LED headlight and LED brake light handle visibility, a rear disc handles braking, and the rigid steel frame rolls 145/70-6 tires. At 99 lbs it is heavy for one person to lift, so plan on two people when loading it. Warranty is 30 days parts replacement.
