The complete mid-drive motor assembly for the Heybike Villain (V1). It is the same unit the bike leaves the factory with, supplied as a new OEM replacement, so it lands on the stock mounts and keeps your existing chain line without shimming. It replaces a motor that has failed, lost power, or started making noise that points to internal wear.
Type is a mid-drive motor assembly, mounting is the stock frame mounts with no adapter, and fitment is the Heybike Villain V1. Disconnect the battery before starting, note how the original is wired and mounted, and reconnect the chain to the new unit once it is bolted in. Check chain alignment by sighting along the chain once everything is torqued down, then set slack and run the bike on the stand before riding.
