This is a complete front wheel assembly for the Heybike Villain (V1), sold as a single wheel. Buying the assembly rather than a bare rim saves you lacing and truing, which is not a job worth doing at home on a bike this heavy, and it gets a bent or cracked front wheel back to straight in one swap.
