Replacement rear derailleur for Heybike e-bikes. Derailleurs are the most exposed part on the bike and the first casualty of laying it down on its drive side, so a bent cage or a derailleur that will not index cleanly is common. Fitments cover the Cityrun, Ranger, Ranger S in 750W and 1000W, Explore, Cityscape, Mars, Mars 2.0 in 750W and 1000W, Race Plus, Race Max and Brawn.
Position is rear and it mounts to the stock derailleur hanger. Select your bike from the Fits bike option. Before fitting, check the hanger itself, since a bent hanger will make a new derailleur shift as badly as the old one. Set the limit screws so the chain cannot drop off the gears at either end, then set the indexing, and run through the gears on the stand before riding. Replace the cable at the same time if it is frayed.
