About this part
The motor controller for Heybike commuter and cargo e-bikes, in fitments across the range. A failing controller shows up as cutouts and dead spots in the power delivery well before it stops working entirely. Fitments are listed for the Ranger, Ranger S in 750W and 1000W, Mars in regular and 3C port, Mars 2.0 in 750W and 1000W, Cityrun, Cityscape in regular and 3C port, Brawn, Tyson, Explore and Sola.
Connectors are the stock harness plugs, so the swap is plug-for-plug. Select your bike and wattage from the Fits bike option, and for the Mars and Cityscape pick the port style that matches the plug on your old controller. Disconnect the battery before unplugging anything and label the leads as you go. Check the throttle and the main connector first, since a loose plug produces the same cutouts as a failing controller.
