About this part
The head tube assembly for Heybike e-bikes, the steering junction between fork and frame. It is a service part for crash damage or badly pitted bearing seats, where the steering has gone rough and no bearing swap cures it. Fitments are listed for the Ranger, Ranger S, Mars, Race Plus, Race Max, Explore, Sola, Tyson, Cityrun, Brawn and Cityscape.
Position is the steering and head tube area. Select your bike from the Fits bike option so the assembly matches your frame. Fitting means dropping the fork and moving the steering parts across, then setting preload so there is no play and the bars swing freely. If the bearing seats in your old unit are pitted, replace the bearings at the same time rather than running worn races in a fresh assembly. Check preload again after the first ride.
