The Heybike Bike Rack Pannier Bag is a rack-top bag in green or black. Unlike a conventional pannier it sits on the rack platform rather than hanging beside it, so it works on a plain rear rack with no side rails. That makes it the easier option if you already have a rack but have not added side racks.
Colors: green or black, selected from the Color option. Mounting: rack platform. You need a rear rack with a flat top; side racks are not required. Because it sits higher than a side-hung pannier, keep the heaviest items low in the bag and do not overload it, since weight up on the rack top is felt more in the handling.
