About this part
Replacement throttle for the Heybike Alpha, with the sensor integrated into the throttle body. It replaces the original when it sticks, feels gritty, or is slow to return. A throttle that is slow returning to closed is a safety problem rather than a maintenance item, so replace it rather than working around it.
Type is a throttle with integrated sensor, the clamp is the stock handlebar diameter, and fitment is the Heybike Alpha. Fitting means sliding off the grip, swapping the throttle onto the bar and connecting the lead to the existing plug. Route the lead so it is not pinched at full lock, then confirm the throttle snaps fully closed on its own with the bars turned each way before you power the bike on.
