Heybike 2-in-1 Headlight & Horn Switch

The combined headlight and horn switch that sits on the handlebar of Heybike commuter e-bikes. It replaces a switch whose horn has gone intermittent or whose headlight button no longer clicks. Switch bodies take on water and corrode internally on a bike that lives outside, which shows first as an intermittent horn. Fitments cover the Ranger, Ranger S, Cityrun, Explore, Race Max, Mars, Mars 2.0, Brawn, Cityscape, Sola and Horizon.

Functions are headlight and horn in one body, and it mounts with a handlebar clamp. Select your bike from the Fits bike option. Fitting is a clamp swap and a plug change, so no cutting or soldering is needed. Position the switch where your thumb reaches it without shifting your grip, and check that both functions work before you button things up. Keeping the bike under cover slows the corrosion that kills these switches.
