Overview

A real ATV, sized for a six-year-old

Full front and rear suspension, disc brakes and a 540 Wh LFP pack, with a key that caps it at 10 mph until you decide otherwise.

The Animal is a real ATV scaled to a six-year-old: full front and rear suspension, disc brakes on dual hand levers, chain drive to two wheels, and a 540 Wh LFP pack good for about 10 miles. A removable parental key holds it at 10 mph until you decide the rider has earned the full 15.

Droyd limited warranty

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery: frame, battery and original components.
  • Wear items excluded: brake pads and rotors, tires and tubes, chain, sprockets, grips, spokes.
  • Droyd may require a faulty part to be shipped back before a claim is settled, and aim to close claims within 15 working days.
  • Damage from negligence or improper use is not covered.
  • Every claim starts with MotorHabit, not Droyd. One email and we run it from there.

Questions riders actually ask

The Animal is the bigger of the two. It runs a 36V 15Ah LFP pack against the Fury's 36V 8Ah lithium-ion -- nearly twice the energy -- which is why it goes about 10 miles to the Fury's 9 and carries a rear storage case. Both use the same 500 W motor and the same 15 mph / 10 mph speed key.
We publish 143 lb, the figure in Droyd's spec list. Their FAQ prose on the same page says 150 lb. When a manufacturer contradicts itself on a rider weight limit we publish the lower number, because that is the one that keeps a rider inside the machine's design envelope.
Yes. A removable parental speed key caps the Animal at 10 mph. Take the key out and it will do its full 15 mph. There is also an emergency kill switch and a forward/reverse switch.
No. Droyd specifies one rider and no passengers. There is no passenger seat, no second set of footrests, and the 143 lb limit is for a single rider.
