DirtyBike E-Ride Pro SR Primary Belt to Chain Conversion, RK 420 MXU

Warning! Some 3.0 and SR models can have an interference issue with this kit! As the primary chain is adjusted the motor moves rearward. If moved back far enough, the motor can interfere with the final drive chain. It may be necessary to increase this clearance by grinding one or two of the motor fins where the contact is happening. If you are not OK with doing this, please do not purchase this kit.

If you ride in dusty, sandy or muddy conditions you may have primary belt slippage which will eventually fail the stock primary belt, possibly leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere. Don’t let this happen! Install a DirtyBike primary chain drive system. Note: Some of the E Ride Pro motors have shallow woodruff keyways. It may be necessary to remove 5.mm from one side of the woodruff key to allow it to fit properly.
