Airoh Commander 2 Replacement Shield

The replacement shield for the Airoh Commander 2. A shield is a wear item on a touring helmet: fine scratching across the sweep is what turns oncoming headlights into starbursts at night, and no amount of polishing brings a hazed shield back.

Three tints are listed, clear, light smoke and dark smoke, one part number each. Clear is the only one to ride behind after dark. Light smoke suits overcast days and dark smoke suits open sun, and neither is a legal substitute for clear at night in most places. Fit the tint to when you actually ride rather than to how the helmet looks parked.
